Privacy policy

This notice explains which personal data this website collects, why, and for how long.

Data controller

Veganato, 8 Vourvachon Street, 712 02 Heraklion. Email: veganatofood@gmail.com.

Contact form

When you send us a message, we receive your name, your email, your phone number if you add it, and your message. We use them only to answer your request. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us.

The message reaches us by email and is not stored on the website. We keep it as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. To stop mass sending, the website keeps an irreversible code of your IP address for one hour and then deletes it.

Map

The Google map loads only when you press "Show map". Google then receives your IP address and browser details, under the Google privacy policy.

Storage on your device

The website remembers on your device the language you chose. The text of the form stays in your browser tab for a while, so it is not lost if something needs correcting, and it is deleted when the tab closes. None of this is sent to us.

Hosting

Like every web server, the hosting provider records technical details of visits (IP address, page, time) for the security and operation of the website.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its processing, or object to it, by writing to veganatofood@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
